Q. When is Marilyn’s Meadow Open?

We are open 365 days a year. Bookings are for an hour, the first is at 6 am and the last is at 8 pm (This may change as the clocks change and we will update the website and social media accordingly).

Q. How Do I Book?

Booking is easy, use the Book Now at the top right of this page. Payments are non-refundable and must be paid to confirm the booking.

Q. How Much Does It Cost?

£15 per hour or £8 per 30-minutes - Exclusive use for you and up to three dogs from one family. £5 per dog thereafter. Payments are non-refundable and must be paid to confirm the booking.

Q. Can I Block Book?

Yes, you can book up to a year in advance using the booking system .

Q. Can I cancel my booking?

No, we do not allow cancellations so we ask for you to only book if you know you can make it. This prevents people from booking during busy periods and then cancelling last minute. We hope you understand.

Q. Can I reschedule my booking?

Bookings can be rescheduled; however, bookings can only be rescheduled 72 hours before the booking is due to start. This can all be done through the same process you did to book the walk. The 72-hour window allows us time to fill that time slot again. It also prevents people from booking during busy periods to guarantee a slot and then reschedule last minute. We hope you understand.

Q. Is There Parking At Marilyn’s Meadow?

Yes, we have parking for four cars only, so please car share if necessary. Cars are parked at the owner’s risk and we do not accept responsibility for possessions that you leave in your car.

Q. How Do I Access Marilyn’s Meadow?

You will be sent the entry code within 24 hours of your booking start time.

Q. What Do I Do When I Arrive/Depart The Meadow?

Please follow the arrival/departure instructions which are on our Terms and Conditions Page.

Q. What Do I Do If I Am Late?

If you are late, you can still enter the meadow but you will still need to leave by the agreed time. This is so the next booking can go in.

Q. What Do I Do With Dog Poop?

There is a bin available for poop, please use your own bags and do not put any poop directly in the bin (spare bags are available in the black box if you have forgotten yours).

Q. Is There Water Available Onsite?

A tap is available for water and bowls are provided, please ensure you turn the tap off and leave the bowls for the next booking to use. 

Q. What Do I Do If I Notice Something Is Wrong Or I Have An Issue When Using The Meadow?
